Ann O’Grady has two decades of experience working in the employee assistance and behavioral health care services industry, the majority in health plan care management. Her interest and expertise is in the areas of case management and population health approaches to supporting people with complex and chronic conditions, including clinical program development, member engagement strategies and provider delivery system solutions. 

Priority projects have included access to care strategies, opioid use and substance use disorder services, population segmentation and targeted intervention approaches, medical behavioral integration, outcomes measurement and quality improvement.

In her most recent role, Ann was Senior Vice President for a behavioral health organization responsible for clinical and network operations. She has worked for Optum and Beacon Health Options in clinical leadership roles.  Ann holds a master’s degree in industrial social work from the University of Maryland and bachelor’s from Loyola University, Maryland.  She is a licensed clinical social worker and has Six Sigma Green belt and Lean certifications.
